Terms of Service

  • anVox's Terms of Service (TOS) is issued to give our customers a clear understanding of what is expected of them while using anVox's service. A customer is considered anyone who accesses our services at any point whether for free or for pay. All customers must familiarize and comply with the following terms.     The following terms are between you (the "client" or "customer") and anVox.

  • Payment of Fees

    If you fail to renew your account on time then your account will be suspended. If no payment is received within five (5) days of your renewal date then your account will be terminated. anVox understands that under certain circumstances a person may fail to be able to pay within five (5) days. If this is the case, please write us an email explaining your situation. Note that if you pay by credit card, the name on the billing statement will appear as "ANVOX INTERNET SERVICES". Our service is a subscription service. This means that your credit card will be rebilled every month, quarter, or year depending on what billing cycle you choose. It is your responsibility to cancel the account. If you do not cancel an account before it is rebilled, you will be responsible for all charges on your credit card.

  • Refusal/Cancellation of Service

    anVox reserves the right to refuse or cancel service without warning to any account holder. All accounts terminated or suspended do to policy violations will not be refunded.

  • Uptime Guarantee

    We work hard to maintain 100% uptime and we will do our best to stick to as close to 100% as possible. However, we cannot guarantee this do to the inherent nature of the Internet. Instead we average closer to a 99.99% uptime rate.

  • Prices

    anVox reserves the right to modify, by increasing or decreasing, their prices at any point in time at the end of billing cycles.

  • Indemnification

    All customers agree to indemnify anVox from any liability, claim, loss, damage or expense arising out of a customer's negligence in violating any term or conditions contained in this agreement or resulting from the use of anVox's services.

  • Limitation of Liability

    anVox shall not be responsible for any damage incurred through anVox's servers going offline or being unavailable. Furthermore, anVox shall not be responsible for any damage incurred through corruption or deletion of any material from one of its servers.

  • Agreements with Minors

    anVox requires this agreement to be made with customers over the age of eighteen (18) years and are qualified to enter into a contract. Otherwise, a parent or guardian must assume responsibility over the agreement.

  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Services may only be cancelled by sending a cancellation request from the members area. Telephone or alternate methods are not valid and will not be honored. If a service is cancelled within 48 hours of the renewal period, the service will be renewed for the following period. We do not refund partial monthly fees to accounts. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • Server Type Change

    If you require changing the type of server your voice hosting is (Ventrilo or Teamspeak), there is a one-time $5.00 administrative fee for every change request.

  • Disclaimer

    anVox reserves the right to edit its policies contained in this document at any time without notice. It is our customer's job to continue to refer to this document. At no point shall anVox's lack of enforcement of these terms constitute a waiver. If you do not agree to all terms then you are not permitted to use anVox's services.
